What if I cannot take a class I have paid for?
If you alert us one week in advance of the class start date, we can offer you a credit for 50% of the cost of the class to be used toward another class. Otherwise, there are no refunds on classes.
This is not to be punitive, but because we are a small business that makes decisions based on class size and if even a few people add and drop classes each semester, it adds to our workload, and subtracts from our ability to know if a class will make or not, and from our bottom line. We lose money when somebody drops after the first day of class, and it makes it hard to stay afloat.
How do I get a scholarship?
Email miah@grackleandgrackle and let me know exactly what amount of discount or scholarship you need to take the class. For a class that fills up quickly, we only have a couple scholarships, so email early! I always make sure anybody who wants to take a class can take a class.
